After much hassle and annoyance (and maybe some slight recklessness on my part) I’ve finally gotten around to starting up feedcoleman.com

The name is Coleman. I’m 25 and a slave to the Food Service Industry. I cook, I clean, I serve, I bartend, and I’m a professional. I make menus, I write reviews, and I enjoy learning about my profession like I enjoy a glass of Jordan Cabernet with a Med Rare Cowboy Ribeye.

What’s to come are reviews of places I dine- the good, the bad, and the delicious. The upscale, the dive bars, and your casual family dining establishments. If you think there’s a place I might enjoy or have knowledge that will better educate me in my profession, feed me.

The site is new, bare with me, it’s hard to operate from an iPad after your computer crashes (hence the first name I had was freecoleman.com, I really don’t know how I missed something so small, yet important). As soon as I can, I’ll have all the kinks figured out, a better layout, and a few reviews.
